Can a jin ocupy a human body, is there anything like saya of jin

Can a jin ocupy a human body, is there anything like saya of jin here is a difference of opinion as to whether the jinn can occupy or possess the human body or not, some say that yes the jinn can possess the human body while other say no the jinn can never possess the human body. We will analyze both the opinions here. Those who say that the jinn can possess the human body take this ayah of the glorious quran as a proof, ‘Those who eat Riba will not stand (on the Day of Resurrection) except like the standing of a person beaten by Shaytaan (Satan) leading him to insanity…’ Quran [ 2:275] Al-Qurtubi said in his Tafseer (exegesis): “This ayah (verse) is proof that those people are wrong who deny that epilepsy is caused by the jinn and claim that its causes are only physical, and that the Shaytan does not enter people or cause madness.” ‘Abd-Allah ibn al-Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal said: “I said to my father, ‘There are some people who say that the jinn do not enter the body of the epileptic.’ He said: ‘O my son, they are lying; the jinn could speak through this person.’” Commenting on this, Ibn Qudamah said: “What he said is well known, because a person may suffer an epileptic seizure and speak in a language that no one understands, and his body may be beaten with blows that would fell a camel, but the epileptic does not feel them at all, and he is also unaware of the words he is saying. The epileptic and others may be dragged about, or the carpet on which he is sitting may be pulled, and utensils may be moved about from place to place, and other things may happen. Anyone who witnesses such a thing will know for sure that the one who is speaking through the person and moving these things is not human.” And he said, may Allah have mercy on him: “There is no one among the imams (religious leaders/scholars) of the Muslims who denies that jinn may enter the body of the epileptic and others. Anyone who denies this and claims that Islam denies it is lying about Islam. There is nothing in the proofs of sharee’ah (Islamic law) to show that it does not happen.” Those who say that the jinns cannot possess the human body present their argument as: Allah has created a system where every person is responsible for the deeds he does with his own will & will not be accountable for anything what others does. Now let us take an example: If the 'jin' had the power or could possess someone, then whatever that person does or says, he does not do or say with his own will but rather it would be the will of the Jinn! If a jinn could posses a human being, he could murder someone, rape someone, steal something, etc. and make the human being do many an evil deed....and the innocent person could be held guilty in a court of law and punished for something he did not will to do!!!! The whole system of life and the test that the Allah has bestowed would be in total disarray...and no ones' life or property would be safe on this earth!. So can there be such an error in the handiwork of all knowing? Absolutely no. The only thing that the jinn's can do to the humans is that they can whispers into the hearts of mankind. Allah Says in the Quran: (Say: I seek refuge in Allah ) from the mischief of the whisperer (of evil) who withdraws (after his whisper) (The same) who whispers into the hearts of mankind Among Jinns, and among men. QURAN[114: 4-6] Thus not only is the guidance of the glorious Quran against the very concept of a jinn possessing a human being, but even logically it is absolutely impossible for a jinn to possess a human being and make him do his will! Conclusion: Allah says in the glorious Quran: I (Allah) have not created the jinn and men except for this that they should worship Me (Alone). Quran[51:56] And the Shaytaan (on the Day of Judgment) will say when the matter is decided: "It was Allah Who gave you a promise of Truth: I too promised, but I failed in my promise to you. I had no authority over you except to call you, but ye listened to me: then reproach not me but reproach your own souls. I cannot listen to your cries nor can ye listen to mine. I reject your former act in associating me with Allah. For wrongdoers there must be a Grievous Penalty." Quran [14:22] And Allah alone knows the best.
